This Agreement is between Tag Team Pro Cleaning, LLC (“Company”) and the client identified in the signed Proposal.
The cleaning services, schedule, pricing, and other details are described in the signed Proposal, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
a. Payments
i. Credit Card on File – A valid credit card must be kept on file.
ii. Automatic Payment – Your card will be charged on the day of your scheduled cleaning.
iii. Receipts and Invoices – A receipt and invoice will be emailed automatically for your records.
iv. Failed Payments – If payment fails, service may be paused until the issue is resolved.
v. Client Responsibility – You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.
vi. Payment Methods – Cash or checks are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
vii. Payment Authorization – By providing a credit card, you authorize Tag Team Pro Cleaning to charge your card for scheduled services, including applicable cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in this Agreement.
b. Price Changes
i. External Factors: For supply cost increases, inflation, or tariffs, clients will receive at least 30 days’ notice before a price change goes into effect.
ii. Service Changes: Adjustments due to changes in cleaning time, square footage, or service frequency requested by the client may take effect immediately with client approval.
c. Late Payments and Refunds
If payment cannot be processed or is declined, service may be paused or canceled until payment is made. Additional fees may apply for repeated payment failures.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at the Company’s discretion in cases of service dissatisfaction.
d. Billing Disputes
Any billing questions or disputes must be reported to Tag Team Pro Cleaning within 7 days of the charge date for prompt resolution.
a. General
We will:
• Perform services with professional care and skill.
• Use safe cleaning products and maintain equipment.
• Respect property, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Maintain insurance (general liability and workers’ compensation).
• Train employees in proper techniques and safety.
• Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and issues.
• Use environmentally friendly products when possible.
b. Equipment & Supplies
• Tag Team Pro Cleaning provides all tools, cleaning products, and equipment necessary to perform services safely and effectively.
• Only Tag Team Pro Cleaning-approved supplies will be used unless written approval is obtained for client-provided products.
• If client-provided products are approved, clients must ensure they are safe and appropriate for the intended use. Tag Team Pro Cleaning is not responsible for damage or adverse effects caused by client-supplied products.
• Our team will handle all supplies and equipment with care. If requested client products are unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right to use our standard products to ensure service quality.
c. Quality Control
• After each service, you may receive a follow-up request by email or SMS asking for your feedback and a service rating. This helps us monitor and maintain our high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Your honest feedback is important and allows us to promptly address any concerns or issues with your cleaning service.
• If you have immediate concerns or require adjustments, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
• We are committed to continuous improvement and use client input to train our team and enhance our services.
a. General
Clients agree to:
• Provide safe, timely access to the home.
• Secure pets and supervise children during service.
• Remove valuables, fragile items, and clutter that could obstruct cleaning or increase risk of damage.
• Inform us of special instructions, access codes, alarms, or hazards in advance.
• Maintain safe home conditions (see Home Safety below).
• Communicate any concerns or issues within 24 hours after service.
• Obtain written approval if requesting use of personal cleaning supplies.
b. Home Entry
Choose one method for access:
1. Be Home — You must be available during your scheduled service window to let us in.
2. Provide Access — You may provide a key, garage opener, or door code. Keys are securely stored and never labeled with personal information.
3. Lockbox — You may provide a lockbox code in advance.
If access is not provided for any reason (e.g., no one home, invalid codes, missing keys), cancellation and no-access fees as outlined in Section 8 (Cancellation Policy) will apply.
Important: If you leave your door unlocked or hide a key without proper security measures, you assume full liability for any loss, damage, or theft resulting from unsecured entry.
c. Alarm Systems
If your home has an alarm system, please provide clear instructions and any necessary access codes before the scheduled cleaning. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that alarm codes are current and communicated to Tag Team Pro Cleaning. The company is not responsible for any false alarm charges, fines, or penalties resulting from incorrect, outdated, or uncommunicated alarm information. Failure to provide accurate alarm details may result in delayed or canceled service.
d. During Cleaning
• Our team must be able to work without distractions to ensure efficiency and safety.
• If distractions cause delays, additional time may be billed.
• Cleaners do not engage in personal conversations, accept food/drinks, or socialize during work.
• If a cleaner feels unsafe due to client, guest, or pet behavior, they may leave immediately. Full service charges will still apply.
e. Weapon Storage
For the safety of our team, all firearms, knives, and other weapons must be securely stored and inaccessible during cleaning. Tag Team Pro Cleaning is not liable for any issues related to improperly secured weapons. If weapons are found unsecured, service may be paused or refused until safe conditions are met.
f. Home Safety
Tag Team Pro Cleaning is committed to maintaining a safe working environment and complies with all applicable OSHA regulations. To ensure the safety of our team and clients, we cannot clean homes with:
• Recent or frequent smoking (tobacco, marijuana, other substances)
• Active mold growth
• Active pest infestations
Conditions during service must include the following, which the client is responsible for providing:
• Indoor temperature: 60–85°F
• Adequate ventilation & lighting
• No hazardous chemicals or unsafe conditions
• No excessive biohazards beyond normal household levels
If these conditions are not met at the time of service, Tag Team Pro Cleaning reserves the right to pause or cancel the appointment to comply with OSHA safety standards and protect our team.
g. Pets
a. Breakage
• Tag Team Pro Cleaning is not liable for damage to unsecured or unstable items (e.g., leaning picture frames, floating shelves).
• Clients are responsible for securing or removing fragile, valuable, or unstable items prior to service to minimize the risk of damage.
• Items of high monetary or sentimental value should be cleaned by the client.
• If damage occurs, Tag Team Pro Cleaning will pay up to $100 per item or the verified replacement cost, whichever is less.
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service by contacting the company for inspection and resolution.
• Failure to report damage within 24 hours may limit or waive any claims related to such damage.
b. Pre-Existing Damage
• Clients must point out any existing damage before cleaning begins.
• Upon arrival, cleaners may conduct a brief inspection of the work areas and notify the client of any visible hazards or pre-existing damage.
• Tag Team Pro Cleaning may request the client to sign a waiver for work in damaged areas or for repairs caused by another cleaning company.
• Extremely cluttered or unsafe areas may be skipped to protect the client’s belongings and ensure cleaner safety.
c. Limitations of Liability for Indirect Damage
Tag Team Pro Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those resulting from client-requested moving of heavy furniture or equipment.
d. Damage Resolution
If damage occurs, the client agrees to allow Tag Team Pro Cleaning reasonable access to inspect the item and work toward an appropriate resolution within 7 days of notification.
Tag Team Pro Cleaning is committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost.
Our guarantee applies to the specific areas originally cleaned. It does not cover situations that fall outside the scope of the scheduled service (such as new messes that occur after the cleaning, areas not included in the service order, or issues reported after the 24-hour window).
If we are unable to resolve the concern with a re-cleaning, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit or refund.
a. Scheduling
• Cleaning appointments are scheduled within an arrival window rather than an exact start time, as service duration and traffic may vary.
• Our team will notify you if we are running significantly behind schedule due to traffic or extended service at a prior appointment.
• For recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we will make every effort to keep the same day, time, and cleaning team, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
• If a scheduled appointment falls on a holiday, we will notify you in advance to make alternate arrangements.
• For first-time or deep cleanings, additional time may be required.
b. Client Cancellations• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment to avoid fees. We recommend giving 48 hours’ notice whenever possible to ensure availability.
• Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or lack of access to the property will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service rate.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by contacting Tag Team Pro Cleaning via phone or email as listed in your appointment confirmation.
• In cases of emergencies or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at the company’s discretion.
c. Company Cancellations
• Tag Team Pro Cleaning is committed to providing consistent, reliable service.
• In the rare event that we must reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as staff illness, emergencies, or severe weather), we will notify you as quickly as possible.
• We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.
• If we are unable to provide the scheduled service and no reschedule is possible, you will not be charged for the missed appointment.
During the term of this Agreement and for a period of six (6) months following its termination, the Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any employee or contractor of Tag Team Pro Cleaning for cleaning services or any related work outside of this Agreement.
This provision is intended to protect the Company’s investment in recruiting, training, and retaining qualified staff.
Should the Client violate this clause by employing or engaging any Tag Team Pro Cleaning employee or contractor during or within six (6) months after the end of this Agreement, the Client agrees to pay a training and recruitment fee of $2,500 per employee engaged.
This fee is intended to compensate Tag Team Pro Cleaning for the loss and disruption caused by the direct hiring or solicitation of its personnel.
The Client acknowledges that this restriction is reasonable and necessary to protect the Company’s legitimate business interests.
a. Insurance Coverage- Tag Team Pro Cleaning maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance to protect clients, employees, and the company.
b. Responsibility for Pre-Existing Conditions – The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsecured items.
c. Limitation of Liability – Liability for any damage caused by Tag Team Pro Cleaning shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service during which the damage occurred.
d. Exclusion of Certain Damages – Tag Team Pro Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use or emotional distress.
e. Client’s Responsibility – Clients are responsible for securing all valuables, fragile items, and any items prone to damage prior to cleaning.
f. Damage Due to Client Negligence – The Company shall not be liable for damage resulting from client negligence or unsafe home conditions.
g. Reporting Damage – Clients must report any damage or issues within 24 hours of service to qualify for any remedy.
h. Indemnification – The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tag Team Pro Cleaning from any claims arising out of negligence or misconduct by the Client or others on the property.
Tag Team Pro Cleaning may take photographs of cleaning results (such as sections of rooms, before-and-after images, or detailed areas) for use in promotional materials, including our website, social media, and marketing content. We will never share identifiable information such as client names, addresses, or other location data, nor will we publish full exterior photos of a client’s home.
If you prefer not to have images from your home used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing, and we will respect your request.
a. Notice – Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice, which may be delivered via email or certified mail.
b. Obligations Upon Termination – Upon termination, Tag Team Pro Cleaning will return any keys or access devices provided by the Client. The Client agrees to pay all outstanding amounts owed for services performed up to the termination date.
c. Effect of Termination – After termination, no further services will be provided, all future scheduled appointments will be canceled, and any outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.
d. Termination for Cause – Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause if the other party materially breaches any term of this Agreement and fails to cure the breach within 7 days of receiving written notice describing the breach.
a. Governing Law & Venue – This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
b. Amendments – Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
c. Entire Agreement – This Agreement, together with the Proposal, represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written communications or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
d. Severability – If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
e. Waiver – The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision in the future.
f. Assignment – The Client may not assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of Tag Team Pro Cleaning.
g. Force Majeure – Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, illness, government actions, or labor disputes.
