Frequently Asked Questions
How is Tag Team Pro Clean different from a regular cleaning service?
We don’t do deep cleans or resets every visit. Instead, we follow your regular routine and alternate with you—so you only need to clean once or twice a month. It’s cleaning that keeps up with your rhythm, not one that undoes your system.
Do I need to clean before you come?
If you’re on The TAG plan, yes—we’ll be alternating with you, so we expect you to clean and pickup in between our visits. If you’re on the TEAM plan, you can relax—we handle the full clean each visit.
What if I miss a cleaning week on my own?
Life happens! Just let us know and we’ll do our best to adjust or help you catch up with a Reset. We’re here to support your rhythm, not punish missed weeks.
Can I switch between plans later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the TAG approach and later move to the TEAM approach when their schedule gets busier—or vice versa. We’re flexible.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
We provide all of the equipment and supplies needed for our team to clean including vacuum cleaners, mops, and rags.
The only exception is a toilet bowl brush. We ask that you keep a toilet bowl brush next to each toilet, so we don’t have to drip toilet water on your floors going between bathrooms.
What’s the difference between The TAG Plan and the TEAM Plan?
The TAG is our most basic tag-team package. We take turns with you doing the regular clean—bathrooms, floors, dusting, kitchen, etc.
The TEAM is a full-service clean. No alternating—we clean every time and handle it all so you don’t have to.
What if I want deep cleaning services?
We focus on maintenance and rhythm, not deep cleans. However, we offer one-time Reset Cleans to help get your space back on track before starting one of our regular plans.
How do I know if I qualify for a Tag Team plan?
Great question! Because our model is built on consistency and partnership, we only take on clients who are a good fit. Just click “See If You’re a Fit” to answer a few quick questions—it only takes a minute.
